Red Rover Interactive:
Office BRANDing & merch
We love returning clients. Especially when they give us new design challenges! Our first collaboration with Oslo-based Red Rover Interactive was to brand the company’s first office space in Newcastle. They trusted us to help their Geordie team expand once again.

Red Rover Interactive needed a bigger workspace in Newcastle that could handle the company’s ever-growing team. With the move into larger premises, came the need to make their mark on the space. The office designs had to reflect their identity.

Our Mission: create an environment that felt immersive, creative, and connected to the studio’s culture while keeping the brand’s global identity.

Having already helped Red Rover with their previous workspace branding, we were able to work from our previous designs and utilise their brand guidelines for the expansion.
After our site visit to assess the new space, we got to work – along with the Red Rover team – to bring the space to life. There were a lot of options to work from, including discussing the idea of turning one floor of their building into a level of their latest video game.
However, when considering brand longevity, we all agreed that keeping the company’s iconic branding front and centre makes the most sense.
This time, we weren’t just providing awesome signage and wall wraps. They brought us in to design their entire staff merchandise line for all Red Rover team members across the globe. This included logo designed lanyards to bespoke Red Rover branded hoodies, and everything in between.

Starting with the office space, we developed a complete branded environment using large-format wall wraps, frosted window graphics, and stand-off acrylic signage to create a bold and cohesive studio space.
With the workspace branding refreshed, it was time to translate our designs onto the company’s merch for their international staff. Although Red Rover have offices in Oslo and Newcastle, their remote staff stretch across continents. The company wanted to ensure their employees felt genuinely welcome and connected to the team. This came in the form of a new starter care package.
They wanted something more than your run-of-the mill generic design that was then mass-produced. So, alongside the branded water bottles and notebooks, we created a range of personalised hoodies featuring individual initials for each team member beside the Red Rover logo.

With such an international workforce, it was imperative that we were able to dig into Red Rover’s values and appreciation for their teams.
By doing this, we could successfully create an engaging environment that could then be translated into welcome packs so employees could feel genuinely connected to the company.
By combining impactful environmental graphics with high-quality bespoke merchandise, we ensured the company’s identity was consistent. Both across the physical workspaces and their remote teams worldwide.
